François Cevert was so hard to read. Half the time I look at this shot, I think he’s giving an intimidating glare. The other half of the time it looks like we’re sharing an inside joke. It has to be one of them though, right? There’s either a set jaw or a smirk behind that balaclava.

Beautiful… Please, can you tell us who took this picture ? Showing copyright pics on the net for free is a thing, but giving proper credits is still a good idea 🙂

You’re absolutely right, Jacques. The nature of the web being what it is, I don’t know who shot this photo or what sorts of rights they’ve attached to it. I’ll be sure to update the post if I find the source—or remove it if the photographer wishes it.
